Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what information is collected when you play games made by Pacifistares Gaming ("we", "us"), including Puzzle Park on iOS and Android, how it is used, and the choices you have. Our games do not ask you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to play.
Information collected
Game progress stored on your device
Your progress, coins, settings and similar game data are saved locally on your device. We do not run our own servers that receive this data. If you delete the game or your device data, this progress is removed.
Advertising and measurement
Our games are free to play and show ads. To serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, prevent fraud and measure how ads perform, our advertising partners may collect information from your device, such as:
- advertising identifiers (Apple's IDFA, only if you allow tracking, and Google's Advertising ID), and app-specific identifiers such as Apple's IDFV;
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, screen size, app version and network type;
- approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region level);
- ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped.
These partners act under their own privacy policies. We use one or more of the following advertising partners:
- Google AdMob: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services
- AppLovin MAX: AppLovin Privacy Policy
Gameplay analytics
Where you have agreed (in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, through the consent form), the game sends anonymous gameplay events, such as levels started, won or lost, and boosters used, to GameAnalytics, together with device information and a random install identifier. We use this only to balance levels and fix problems, never to target ads.
In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment card details. The store gives the game a purchase receipt so it can deliver what you bought and restore it later. Apple's and Google's privacy policies apply to the payment itself.
Support emails
If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, and we use it only to reply and fix problems.
How information is used
- to run the game and keep your progress on your device;
- to show ads, including personalised ads where you have agreed to them, and to measure their performance;
- to understand how levels are played, so we can make them fairer and more fun;
- to deliver and restore purchases;
- to answer support requests and fix bugs;
- to prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws treat sharing data with advertising partners for personalised ads as a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out as described below.
Consent and your choices
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
When you first open the game in these regions, a consent form asks whether you agree to personalised ads and related data use. If you do not agree, you may still see non-personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time from the game's Settings screen.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising, and on our legitimate interests or the performance of our agreement with you to run the game, deliver purchases and prevent fraud.
iOS: App Tracking Transparency
On iOS, the game asks for your permission before your advertising identifier is used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the identifier is not shared and you will see ads that are not based on that tracking. You can change this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Opting out on your device
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track") and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
- Android: Settings > Google (or Privacy) > Ads, then delete or reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Because game data stays on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the game. For data held by an advertising partner, you can use their tools linked above, or contact us and we will help.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
Game progress stays on your device until you delete it. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and then deleted, normally within 12 months. Advertising partners keep data according to their own policies.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
International transfers
Our advertising partners and the app stores may process information in countries other than yours, using safeguards required by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the game or on this page.
